In 2024, we delivered approximately 200 hours of technical training: 110 at our production site in Carasco, where customers can interact directly with our specialized technicians, and 90 hours on site, working alongside operators in real application settings.

The training focused on strategic topics for the safe and efficient use of our solutions, especially on large construction sites and in advanced applications such as weighing systems or special equipment. The approach was geared not only toward correct installation, but also toward analyzing operating conditions and preventing failures. Participants were provided with the essential skills to identify anomalies, carry out diagnostic tests, and apply the correct maintenance procedures, in line with rigorous standards.

Particular attention was given to dealers and service partners: training support personnel means ensuring prompt and reliable responses in every geographic area. A hydraulic tool can only perform at its best if the user fully understands its dynamic behavior under pressure, its safety logic, and its requirements for periodic inspection.
