Industry 4.0

Technological innovation is an integral part of our manufacturing identity. At Europress, automation, traceability, and efficiency serve quality, customization, and sustainability. Every product is created within a fully integrated and digital supply chain, where control is continuous and customer response is immediate. From raw material processing to final testing, all processes are optimized according to Industry 4.0 principles.

Our commitment to the environment translates into concrete choices: advanced surface treatments such as Nitreg® ONC®, automated systems, waste reduction, exclusive use of European-sourced steel and aluminum, and international certifications. Every component is designed to ensure durability, safety, and compliance with current regulations. This is complemented by dedicated technical support and a fast, widespread logistics network designed to minimize downtime and maximize our customers’ operational efficiency.

The workshop
A renewed production department equipped with state-of-the-art automated machinery, managed according to Industry 4.0 principles.
The production plant
Optimized to ensure minimal setup times and maximum flexibility, even for small batch production and special sizes.
The warehouses
Two dedicated storage areas: one for finished products and one for components, covering a total of approximately 1,100 m² and over 9,000 items always in stock.
Raw material
Steel and aluminum exclusively of European origin, always stocked in large quantities to respond quickly to all market demands.
Packing and shipping division
Custom solutions based on the type of goods, destination, and mode of transport, with constant attention to protection and logistical optimization. Every package is designed to simplify storage and reduce space requirements.
Power pack department
Independent from the warehouse, this is where the assembly and related testing of power packs, piston pumps, and valves takes place. Thanks to the two test benches, “Gioconda” and “Felice,” we ensure accurate pressure and leak testing.
Assembling areas
One area is dedicated to the assembly and testing of cylinders and hydraulic equipment, while the other focuses on the assembly and testing of hand and foot pumps.
Carpentry department
A robotic welding system equipped with machines for sheet metal and tube processing, allowing for the in-house production of tanks, protective cages, and accessories.
Painting area
A state-of-the-art automated system for powder and liquid coating, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Laser labelling
All products are laser-marked to ensure long-term traceability. With two types of laser marking machines, all products can be marked regardless of their size.
Quality department and metrological room
Supporting all departments in this area are various machines and instruments for dimensional, hardness, and surface roughness inspection of components.
